03 F-150 turn signal issue

I've been noticing the past month or so my drivers side turn signal located on my door mirror does not always shut off. The turn light stays on after taking the turn. It doesn't always do this but I'd say 75% of the time. In order for me to turn it off I have to keep the signal engaged and wait for it to start blinking, then hit my turn signal arm on the steering wheel to the off position while the bulb is off. My front and rear turn signals do work properly.

I don't know where to start with this.....any thoughts out there??

I did a little research. I've read that I have 2 relay's (left/right) just behind the passenger side air bag. I can access this by removing the plastic cover on my dash. Does this sound right?

Anybody??

No help out there???

This is driving me nuts. I read that there a relay box located behind my passenger side airbag. I took off that access panel on top but I can't see that box. Is there one? If so can I get at it somewhere else?

Thanks

Well I took that cover off that's behind the driver's side airbag. There is a box located behind there that has two relay's. I can hear/feel them click while my hazards were on. You need to remove a metal bracket to expose this. I swapped them around and the problem was fixed. It must of been a connection issue.
