Starting the upgrades

After reading up and searching info on the forum I have to say I have picked up a lot of info on here.
Started some upgrades on my 2001 today, still many more to do and many dollars to be spent (think my wife is gonna hate this web forum LOL)!

Started with the GOTTS mod, $12.50 and 45 min later, done.

Fixed the soft break pedal issue that I've had since it was brand new. one and a half turns on the booster shaft got that working great, now to remember not to pump the breaks!

Put AAL's on (superlift) got 2.5 inches on the back, turned the torsion keys up and got 2.25 on the front, only a 1 inch rake now and can get the 295's I want on there now.

Superchips tune on it now, trans shifts a lot better, we'll see how it goes over the next few weeks with it.

Next will be the rims, tires and lights.

Thanks to all the info everyone has put on here! Waiting on that check for more upgrades!

Thanks Buck119fa: That is what I did as well. See on many Japanese cars and trucks this adjustment can be made from inside the vehicle as there are two nuts on the brake rod that pushes into the master cylinder. When I looked at the Ford, it did not had that adjustment and so I kept adjusting the parking brake on the rear wheels which did not help much but fixed the parking brakes.

BTW Very clean truck. Can you tell me what size motor you have?
Thanks again

Well more upgrades are completed.
Wheels and Tires, MB Chaos 5 wheels -6 offset, 285-70-17 Nitto Terra's.
Front Brake upgrade, Power stop cross drilled and slotted rotors with Wagner Ceramic thermo quites and new calipers.
Aries Bull Bar
4 Hella 550FF lights, 2 in the grill and 2 on the bar. I see keeping the set in the grill being slightly hard to keep clean
New Headlights and fog lights.
Polk Audio 5x7 DB series door speakers, debaiting on what head unit to istall now, has to be GPS ready..... Hummm....
Next week off to the body shop to get some hail damage fixed and a full detail to the exterior, buffed and cleaned.
