J mod, valve body, or Trans go?

Hi I have a 2000 f150 5.4. I'm changing my gears from 3.55 to 4.10. I wanted to add a shift spacer but dont know if it'ds a good idea? I've heard some good things but would like to know what you guys yhink? Will I see any performance gains? Is it good for the truck? My other mods I have is high flow air intake throttle body spacer cts programmer long tube headers and cat back split rear exit exhaust. Will the shift kit help at all with pulling trailers? I'll be doing the 4.10's and the shift spacer at te same time if it's a good mod? Help please

I don't think a throttle body spacer is worth a damn on a fuel injected engine. Might even
cause problems.

Look at Punisher valve bodies also. Lots of Lightning guys love them, Gen 1 and 2. It will give you solid sure shifts and put a smile on your face.

Jmod is good free solution, but if you've got a ton of miles and lack of maintenance, it may be a quick death for your transmission

I've only got 92000 miles. Or so. Always been maintained
