YES or NO, Cab lights
I know what cha mean, on drillin holes in the roof, i had to drill 8 1/2 holes in my roof for my roof cage
I would do it but you need to move them back a lilttle bit but keep the spacing. also what lights are those? They look like older style superduty lights that were pretty long,(pre 96) I have the 2000-up superduty lights and they looked good even before my body lift.
Its a tough pic to see the lights in but it is the best one i have right now

Not sure I like the choice you use as example, dirtriders above better maybe. I'm not a huge fan of smoked lights also. But, if you do these lights, I'd get fairly low profile set, also curious to see what evenly spacing will look like.
The decision to do these lights crossed my mind, but I thaught how Super Duty's look without, which is odd kind of, and to me it was as odd as an F-150 with them. Boils down to personal preference and committing to drilling the holes!!!

I'll agree, lower profile style would get my attention.
Im thinking bigger is in the future, 3in body with 35's
my plan is gears before lift an tires though. Cause this is a dd/tow rig
car trailer with ranger. towed by f150 on 35's sounds like a bad idea.
I've also been looking into the tow mirrors a bit.
Idk the cab light themselfs were only $10( harbor freight/had a coupon lol)
