no heat in wisconsin sucks

I have a 1998 4.6. truck was not heating up. getting warm air. on defrost the windows would get foggy. now today i noticed after a 5 mile drive that the radiator hose had no pressure, not very warm, also the heater hoses were not hot either. just warm. any advice would be great.

I'd replace the thermostat to start with. Must be in the closed position, not allowing circulation.

Other way around, Setchan - thermostat may be stuck open. If it were stuck closed, the engine would overheat and the heat would be HOT.
