Not to my knowledge but i'm thinking that's where I'd start..

 

Ok found a diagram,it looks like DRK BLU(pin 2)goes to fuse 59 which is hot at all times,then WHT/LT BLU(pin 3) goes to the 4x4 module.

So when I turn the switch I should have power at the WHT/LT BLU,correct?

 

Ok today I checked the wires to the switch. key off,2HI, had 12v going to the DK BLU(pin 2) wire and measured 12v between the DK BLU(pin2) and the WHT LT BLU wire(pin3).Everything good.

I turn the key on,turn the **** to 4HI,now no voltage on neither of the wires.Turn it back to 2HI still no voltage.Short in 4x4 switch?

The diagram I found online says ''fuse 59'' sends power to the switch but,I looked at the manual from fordfleet and it says nothing about a ''Fuse 59''.

 

A update,my DMM was giving me false readings,heres how I stand now....


Checked the wires to the 4x4 switch. with the harness unplugged from switch,I had 12v going to the DK BLU(pin 2) wire.I plug the harness into the swicth not that same wire was only 6-7v.

I turn the **** to 4HI,voltage on pin 2 drops to 3v IIRC but no power showing on the WHT/LT BLU(pin3),turn to 4LO,pin 2 drops to 1.64v IIRC,still no power on pin 3... Im stumped.

I can turn the front driveshaft to confirm the tcase is not engaged.

 

Ok new problem.
Went to start the truck,4x4 light still does not come on when key on but when I started it the light was steady on. So I turned the truck off and restarted it, now the light comes on for a second after I start it.

Is my GEM bad?
