1997 5.4 help
Hello everyone,
I have a 1997 sohc 2v in 2006 oil pressure started going up and down and then lost all power. Never took it to the shop just parked it. Any ideas on where to start reman rebuild ring kit head gasket? Any input will help thanks

You don't give much to go on.
Your launching into this without doing a through check out.
Put a gage on the port and look at the oil pressure both cold and hot.
Scan for codes to see what it might show, then make a decision based on some idea of what conditions you have.
By now the gas is stale so don't expect it to start and run with any smoothness.
