I'm Trying to Replace the OEM Front Chrome Bumper . . .

. . . . on my '97 with an undented OEM Chrome Bumper, but I don't know how to work with those "Nut Clips"? There are eight of 'em for the bumper brackets, and four smaller ones for the bumper braces. I can't figure out how to remove them from the old OEM bumper to put them on the new OEM bumper . . . (Far as I can tell, all of them are metal (no plastic))

Can they be taken off (if so, how?) and re-used, or do I have to go buy new ones from the dealership?

U're right if u guessed I'm a rookie at this!

Thanks, in advance.
