No start again!!

Ugh! Well, two weeks ago, i got in the truck to go to work, truck would not start, PATS was flashing, etc. Had it towed to the dealer, had to replace the PCM, two new keys, etc. $1600 Merry Christmas to me. Got it back last Wednesday night. Drove home to Florida for the weekend to see family, truck did great, no hiccups. Go out this morning, same %^&*$ problem! No start, anti-theft flashing, etc. Now, i threw away the keys i had for it originally so there would be no way i could try and use the wrong key. Only been using the keys the dealer gave me, working great. The wife is home from work this week, so i just took her car to get to work for my meeting this morning. Going to have AAA tow it back to the dealer tonight. Anything i should look for, other than a new truck??
So frustrated right now. Truck has been great in almost 10 years, never left me stranded until now. Now, same problem twice in two weeks.

So the wife called AAA for me, the guys shows up and gets it to crank. Said he turned the key a few times, and got it to start the 4th or 5th time so now I believe less and less its a PATS thing and more electrical thing..I had the fuel pump replaced 5 months ago, if that adds anything to the mess...

Not that I know of. I have not checked it out and I don't think the dealer did either. When I got home, I went out and it started right up no problem. I took it back to the dealer to have them go through it again. I spent $1600 bucks, I have an expectation when I turn the key that the truck is going to start. The guy at the dealership seemed really stumped and wants to get to the bottom of it.

Well the dealer had it all day...found no stored codes, had no problems starting it...guess I will just drive it until it doesn't start again then just leave it where it strands me...ugh.
