Looking for front bumper,,,please help

Hi guys

I've seen several pics of trucks that have round fog lights where the factory rectangular ones are located in the lower front bumper cover. They look stock except for the round lights. Are these diy fixes or are they aftermarket lower bumpers,,,if so where can i get one?

Thanks
Bob

Your not gonna find a piaa valence on ebay, they're pretty rare to see for sale.
