Cig lighter cover removal

Does anyone know how to remove the cigarette lighter cover for painting? The one that flips down with a spring on driverside dash.

i thin you have to take the radio bezel off to get to a set of pins/screws and a spring clip. im going to my local scrap yard on Tuesday or Wedensday i can pull a dash apart and double check.

You should be able to carefully push inboard on the hinge arms and remove it. There was a spring attached on the left hand side of that door on my 97.
