The 2WD rotors are one piece which includes the rotor, hub, and wheel studs. They use inner and outer bearings seated inside the hub, along with grease/oil seals. They are more expensive than the rotors for a 4X4 which is just the rotor. I replace the bearings and seals when I replace the rotors.

I use only Ford pads and rotors on my 2003 F150 2WD. I am getting ready to order some front rotors from RockAuto. I have 152000 miles on the original rotors and they can not be turned again. The rear original rotors were turned once and new pads put on.

I just got mine at autozone. No problems and there cheap. I get the lifetime brakes from autozone and I replace them every couple of years and they give me new ones no questions asked.

Brembo Rotors. They're like the OEM style, just thicker , better quality. They aren't that expensive.

If you need rotors then you need to replace those rubber brake hoses. 2 up front, one in the back. Ford hoses are very weak and screw your rotors up, plus they cause way to much heat. So yea, get quality hoses. -Braided are the best.

I use lifetime pads, -I hate brake dust and don't have a problem with it. Personally I like Carquest Lifetime ceramics.

Also , Change the brake fluid.

Do all that and she'll brake like new and stay that way. The Ford hardware sucks on these models, it don't last nearly as long as it should.
