Electrical Issues, Help if you can, and thank you in advance, and of course after too

I replaced my heater core and now I have soooo many issues.
First off the whole heater core replacement went somewhat smooth, until placing the last heater hose (intake side). The bracket broke, and that took forever to get old clamp off to replace entire hose and new clamp (screw type), and replacing the PCV hose I broke as well. Now I have the “d” number 4 cylinder coil gone bad. Ordered today, so hopefully that will fix that new (hopefully unrelated) issue. The AC works for the first few moments (around 30 secs or so) then appears to short out. I have tried moving all of the hoses and electrical harnesses around the coil “d” and the heater hoses to give each their own room, and do not see a scraped wire anywhere, but it is very tight. Any ideas about the short or something else?
For the electrical issues in the truck now, I likely have grounded out something while the dash was reinstalled, but this one people has me trumped. Here are the symptoms:
Key on Engine on (KOEO) in park, and dimmer switch set to anything, with glove box open or closed, the radio will turn on.
If I put in gear, and the glove box is closed, I must have the dimmer switch all the way up to activate the dome light in order for the radio to stay on, or it will cut off. If I open the glove box, the dimmer switch doesn’t matter to keep the radio on in gear.
The interior lights, windows, and wipers no longer work. Im assuming it’s a relay or fuse, and I have new ones ordered to get them working. Any help would be appreciated.
I have tried turning engine on and disconnecting the Transmission range sensor and changing gears to see if it went bad for the “mute” part when starting the truck, however that doesn’t effect the radio/electrical issue.

It was the GEM (general Electrical Module) that was causing the problems with the windows/ windshield wipers/ lights/ and beeping notifiers.
So now the issue(s) are the coil for cylinder 4(d) and after i replace that, figure out how my AC is shorting. Anyone had any issues other than a wire rubbing against the condenser lines, as I could not see any wires near them in my model.

What do you mean shorting?
Is there fuses blowing?
I can tell you that the A/C compressor clutch and it's connector has the crank sensor and it's connector right behind it.
If you have a cable hanging , cut or damaged the motor will not start.
