2000 Ford F150 4.2L 6 cyl. NO HEAT

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone could help me out or give me a guide to fix my heating issues in my truck...I'm wondering if I need to replace the heater core or maybe just the thermostat?
The fan works when I start my truck. but it just blows out nuke warm like air...its not cold, or its not hot..If anyone could tell me what to do or help me out with some info, it would be greatly appreciated

Yes it could be the thermostat. That is a place to start. I had the same issue with my F-250 and that was the culprit.
