Lets talk front gear install

I'm about to do a gear change in my truck and was looking at the front end. I was wondering how much you have to take off to get the center section down. I have a 6" fabtech lift kit on it as well and it looks like the drop section in the front keeps the differential from coming right out.

Try pulling it off? All you wonder why not try it? I know stock its 3 bolts a vacuum line for 4x4 4 driveshaft bolts and 16 cv halfshaft bolts and it comes out. Ive had mine out a few times.

Just like mxmike said. Its 16 cv bolts, 4 drive shaft bolts, vaccum line, vent hose and 3 mount bolts. Then you turn the driveshaft up and pull it out. It is actually alot easier with a lift on then stock. I am in the process of putting a 6" skyjacker lift and it was a pain to get it out of the stock location as the back mount goes under the diff rather then the side so it made it a bit harder to get out. Looking at the new brackets it looks like you slide the driveshaft part over the bracket and raise it into position. Not hard at all. If you want I can take pictures and post but think you could figure it out.
