I have a 2000 F150 5.4 My heater core went out about 4 months ago so I re routed the hose from my fire wall so It wouldnt leak inside my dash. So now i dont use my heater but the a/c still worked perfect but just recently when i was driving the A/C just stopped working .. It didnt make any noises or bad smells just stopped when i was driving I cant even get any air to come out of my vents even with the A/C off? I Dont hear anything when i try and turn it on it seems like it just died..lol..plz help...Thanks

Does AC line get cold? Do you see AC clutch plate engaged? I would check those first. Once you know AC is working, you can start checking other components like blender door.

So it sound like the fan died?
I'd check the fuse then If that's good I'd look at replacing the blower. The motors do die. Had to replace the one on my 97 E-350

Does the blower run in highest speed but none of the others? If so, the resistor pack is blown.
