Where did you get 4.5" spindles at? The most I've ever seen is 3.5". As for leaf's check atlas, deaver, national, and alcan. I think alcan is the cheapest if I remember correct.

Also if those spindle's are actually 4.5" then you could ditch the 2" coil spring and ugrade to a 3" one with aftermarket control arms that'll put you at 10.5" which should be enough to clear 37's with the right wheel of course.

I'm not sure on the crossmember because generally fabtech part's have to be used with fabtech part's so you'd have to redo the whole front suspension. But I just thought about it and you could do the 3" coils, aftermarket control arms, and then put another 1.5" spacer on it.

Yea you might be able to do that, your best bet would be to call one of the companies to see if you could order the individual parts or get the part numbers and then go from there.

ima pull the part numbers in the morning and see if my dads friend can get them or see if i can just order than through 4wheel parts as a replacement part. im sure as long as procomp has been a round theyve gotten smart enough to make replacement parts cause i dont who it is some welds to break at some point for one reason or another

He will need the fabtech lower control arms. The stock lower ball joints will be in a state of constant bind. definitely use the fabtech upper control arms and dont forget the camber kit and bistien 5100 4-6 inches longer than stock. If you are on stock brake lines get longer ones and don't forget the ABS sensor wiring...it gonna be close to not making it.

someone has a 10" lift kit for sale in the classifieds

Too short? But yea I figured you'd just have to redo the whole front.

The easiest way you're going to be able to do this is to ditch the 2" spring for a 3" and Doetsch UCA's then add a 2" spacer, unless you want to redo the whole front end.

By the time you push the lower control arm dowm that far your upper stock upper control arm will be to short and your wheels will be cambered in bad. Not to mention the lower ball joint will be bound up and wear quickly. I installed a 7" Fabteck kit on a 2000 screw for a friend. I pointed this out to him and sure as sh@^ they were toast 12,000 later as well as his tie-rods and Idler arm. tubuler uppers, stock lowers, 3.5" springs, 3.5" spindles, 5" blocks in rear. ABS cable was at about it's max even after taking it of the bracket on the inner fender well for more slack. cleared 35's easy though.
