Stop it please! (Need brake advice)

Friends, I am getting ready to install a FabTech 6" lift and install new 35" tires on my 2001 5.4L Flareside 4X4. I am trying to cover all of the bases and know that the brakes will need updating. Can you give me your recommendations for rotors, calipers (if necessary), pads, etc. 4WP has Power Slot rotors and pads on sale. I am not sure if they are recommended by anyone. I have seen EBC and another brand I cannot think of on the Speed Channel Power Block. All advice appreciated.

stock type rotors and wagner thermoquiet ceramic pads will work just fine and all these parts can be had locally for reasonable prices.

Thanks. I am definitely going to use the Wagner Thermoquiet pads. I will look into prices for rotors. SMM

I went to Advance Auto Parts on line and got an awesome deal. Front and rear rotors plus Wagner Thermoquiet Ceramic pads for about $205.00! Bought online and picked up at the store a few blocks away from my office within an hour. Incredible! Thanks for the advice. I needed to make a smart purchase. This site has educated me and saved me a bundle.

I figure I will need brake clean and possibly new seals. My son changed the brakes on his 01 F150 and the seals were in bad shape. Thanks for reminding me. SMM

Brake clean for the rotors and then the pads will come with lube and hardware.
