Won't turn over after working perfectly yesterday???
Truck's been runnin great lately and I get in to go today and it just gives me a clicking noise under the hood. Acts like it did after I had te battery unhooked but I haven't touched the battery... Had to take the car so I haven't had a chance to try anything yet
As picky as these trucks seem to be with cables and whatnot, I'd start there and make double-sure they are clean and tight. If nothing is the issue there then time to check the battery voltage. Maybe something drained it?
I would get the battery checked, they can have a cell short out very quickly. If it's good, then sounds like a starter solinoid.

Go somewhere and check the battery before you buy a new one, you should still be able to start it by jumping it with another vehicle. I learned the hard way on this and replaced a perfectly good battery when it ended up my starter was bad, same thing as yours worked perfectly one day and next day all it did was click.
You should be able to buy new post at autozone, they normally just thread in just be careful not to strip it. As for cleaning iirc diet pepsi seems to work wonders pulling of the build up on them.
I think he thought you had broken a post and you are referring to the cable ends. You can use a wire brush. They even make them specically for this purpose.

I'm well aware of the brushes and have already used them. However, I cannot get all of the corrosion off of the clamp that is why I asked about dissolving corrosion that is adhered to the clamp
