Pouring gas out of fill cap

Pouring gas out of fill cap

There is gas pouring out of the fill cap i didnt over fill it the gas is about 3 weeks old I have been using the other tank on the truck and went back to the front one today and gas started pouring out after I turned it off

Are you climbing in elevation when this happens?? & is it very hot and muggy?

Dual tanks, eh? Your pump is transferring fuel from one tank to the other....

Either that, or you've installed so many gas-saving mods that the thing is making more gas than it can use and the extra is running over.

Sorry this was on my 95 I posted in the wrong category ... I havent been traveling in mud or at high elevations but It was extreamly hot and humid

The switch valve is broken. Its sucking gas from 1 tank and the return pressure feed goes to the other..
