Love the hood. I keep searching cl for a cowl hood, but no luck. Looks great! I would do the top red and bottom black...but I really want a H.D. lower valance..

Yea IMO that's the best hood made for these trucks. Ford should have added it into the design, -it's that good. Pricey tho, Cervini wants over 8 bills last I checked and I kick myself for not purchasing one for half that price when I had the chance

how do you have the washers? i know some guys put them on the washer arms like the chevys, so you dont drill into the hood.

Cervini re-locates the window washers to the underside of the hood and screw in place. At the moment, mine hit the bottom of the windshield but I still have a little adjusting to do sometime this weekend

Shows 539.00 on the website plus shipping. If I were to have gotten a new one, I would just have driven to Vineland, NJ to save the cost. I got mine for 300.00 then 350.00 to paint

I agree Ford should have done this. I think they are way nicer looking than the Cobra hoods

Just got it!

I just got this truck and it already had this hood, hell besides the awesome selling price, this hood was one of the main reasons I bought the truck. That being said, I am a long time Mustang owner, many different years. So I agree that the ram air style hoods reminiscent of that icon are the best looking hoods. I am leaving mine in place though, call it a close second IMHO!

No disrespect to the Cobra hood mind you. I personally just never found them appealing. But if it's included with the package.... free is free

No disrespect to the Ram Air hood either, I just think that the Cobra hood is a close second and honestly if it wasn't black I probably wouldn't even give it a second look. Your new hood is awesome and really perks up the looks of your truck. Great mod, I know you will be happy with it.

If you do that, PTM the tonneau and flares too, or PTM the pad and black for the valance.

I found another leer cover on craigslist I will be going to look at in the morning, which looks to be the same color (Torreador Red) or at least close. The flares were gray and I painted them black to begin the red/black theme..... so they stay. That's why I was thinking of painting the upper bumper pad black 'cause it would flow into the flares... still stewing on that one

Well even more recents .... painted honeycomb grille and upper bumper pad black.(I won't talk about the grille surround.) Still haven't gotten to the lower valance ... but today picked up my new addition of a matching bed top from craigslist for a whopping 75.00

The bed top has a few scars from how he had it stored in the garage, but after 3 hours of working on the top.... most are not even noticeable now.

ANYBODY WANT TO COME GET A FREE BLACK TOPPER?????
