Well came to el paso texas for mothers day and found 2 harleys one 2001 and the other a 2002. The 01 is black asking 9995 for it. The 02 is a dark shadow grey guess gonna find out if I qualify for either one and sell my truck

 

01 asking 9995. Gonna have over 100k miles. I would never buy a truck with over 80k miles. Look around if your set on HDs. You can find an 02 which is the 1st year they were supercharged. Find one with around 50-60k miles and youll probably be able to get it for about $12k. My dream is an 03 2 tone (100th anniversary edition) dropped on 22" HD replicas. MMM MMMM GOOD!

 

2002 is the first year they were supercharged. Get the 2002. I used to have a 2001 Harley F150, it was a great truck but if you get the 2001 you will just end up wanting to supercharge it. Plus the 2002s had the expedition style center console, which is nicer IMO. If you have any more questions about Harley trucks shoot me a PM and I will help you out.

 

Yup your right migdaddy it has 140k miles on it. Its hard finding a harley davidson around here so when i saw both of them was like what!!! Im hoping i can get the 02 the color looks bad *** on it. 140k miles. Eff that. Look around. And only get an 02+ like harleydude mentioned.

 

i bought my truck with 128k miles on it. take the truck out for a test drive and see how it runs, and talk to the owner about routine maintenance done on it. btw, i now have 231k miles on my truck.

 

Im looking online found quite a bit of them on craigslist. How do you think the 2000 hd look? man want an 02 so bad though lol. 231k?? Running like a champ still coobies5?

 

yes sir! but its just a little ol' 4.6L, it's starting to show its age, but those 100k miles i've put on it weren't easy. i do have a 108k mile Lightning longblock that was putting out 450hp to the wheels from a 01 Lightning, it was perfectly fine and running mid 12's. I say go for the 02 if that's what you want and if the engine is still strong.

 

Thats what i have in my supercrew right now the 4.6. Dam where did you get the lightnng block? I want to cuz i passed on one awhile back and regretted it so bad..
