In the circuit is a relay, and a crash sensor behind the right side kick panel at the top.
Try resetting the crash sensor first.
Good luck.

What year and engine? What year engine was installed? Like Bluegrass said, check the inertia switch behind the passenger kick panel. The fuel pump wiring should not have been affected during the swap. But with the battery being disconnected and reconnected, the inertia switch may have tripped.
