Rough Idle

Rough Idle

I have a 2004 f 150 hertaige 4.2 v6. 5 speed.

The check engine light is on and it is pulling up the codes P2195, P2197, and P0000. When I crank it up it idles high for a few minutes then it it will almost bottom out. It will then idle high and low. I have even down shifted and the truck cut off. I have replaced plugs, wires, MAF, Throttle Postion Sensor, Fuel Filter, Intake Hose, and the PVC. I have removed the Idle Air Control Valve and cleaned it out but I am still having this problem. I sprayed carb cleaner around the hoses to check for leaks but I don't seem to have any. I have run Non Ethonal gas and seafoam in it and it helped it some. The truck has started to sputter a little while driving. I am thinking about replacing the egr valve and or the Idle air control valve. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Those codes say that both your front O2's are low voltage/stuck lean. Causes:

Signal line short
Sensor failure
Fuel supply system problem

Another possibility is a large intake leak, you may need plenum gaskets and isolator bolts.
