trimming front bumper valance

Is there a thread showing how to trim the front bumper valance near the tires. I can't find one. I have a 2wd 2003 f150 screw that has 5" of lift and 295/70/17 nitto trail grapplers. Its rubbing the bottom corner. I am able to do it I just want to see someone who has done it already so I don't mess it up. Thanks guys and I'll post some pics of my truck soon.

Just use a marker to outline where the tires are rubbing and cut it.

Yeah there isn't really a write up because everyone's truck is different. Just slowly trim small pieces off until you no longer have any rubbing.

Yea, what they said. I found using a dremel to cut it the easiest cause its easy to control the speed on it.

Hell, I used a jig saw lol. Then a file to get the burs off afterwards. Just contour it nice and round. Let me see if I can find a pic of mine cut.

That's trimmed and rounded. I think I went back later and rounded it a bit more. Maybe not the best but that's the idea.
