brake pads hanging up

Has anyone had the inboard rear brake pads hang up on the sliders due to rust. Not the bolts and rubbers but the stainless guides that are on the caliper mount. Mine had rust underneath the stainless guides causing them to swell and hold the inboard brake pads from moving.

yup. i got my current brake setup after my pass. side froze up and wore down the inside pad in no time. you need to take the caliper off, pull the pins somehow, and get new ones. make sure to use anti seize when you re-install them.

I just had my rear calipers replaced today because my passenger rear pad was sticking! Its pretty expensive to replace if you can't do them yourself!
