one of my old bosses used to have a reg cab short box FX4 with a 5.4 in it. That truck had a hell of a passing gear on the interstate

Im liking that Cervinis hood. How much did it run ya? Also do you have any problems with water getting into the engine bay since the hood vents are open?

Bought 2 hoods at the time I bought these, an got them for 400 a piece. But, that was almost 10 years ago. They're up over 500 now. I've never had a problem with the water going in, it's very minimal. When sitting, the vents are slanted down towards to the front. They make screens to go into the holes, but I chose not to use them.

I do like s-cabs, not a huge fan of screws though. The newer styles of trucks, 04 and newer I think I'd only get a s-cab. I got to get a bigger vehicle for the growing family, so I'm deciding what to get. Not getting rid of my reg cab, just getting a car or something also. Never a regret getting the reg cab!!!

Thanks guys! It didn't happen over night that's for sure. Never considered a ext. cab or screw. Just something about reg. cabs that I dig. My truck has been thru so many different phases, it's crazy. Other then maybe putting on a tonneau cover, still up in the air about it. I believe she's done as far as the exterior goes. I'm not a big fan of overkill (the driving threw Pep-Boys with a magnet). I believe sometimes more is too much. Some might not shared that thought, but that's their right. They wouldn't hear a bad word for me, even if I didn't like the mods they did, or just wasn't my style or taste. It's their truck, an that's what they like. Who are we to judge, they might think our trucks are too plain! To all your trucks guys! Awesome jobs!
