2001 outside temp wrong
2001 outside temp wrong
The outdoor temp reading on the upper console reads 140 degrees.
In Wisconsin.
In March.
So, I'm guessing it's just a little off. Is there a way to calibrate this or to replace the sensor?
This truck is new to me as it replaces my old F-150 that didn't survive the icy road-steep ditch-rollover combo.
I'm a novice at repairs like this, so I don't even know where a good place to look for parts would be.
Any help would be appreciated.

Probably a broken sensor.
The sensor is located just behind the grille near the hood latch. Just remove it and take it with you to local autoparts store (there seems to be different connectors, so if you like to keep wiring stock, make sure you'll get correct one). I bought mine from NAPA (ambient air sensor), cost was $15.
