What transmission do I have?
My truck is a 2001 f-150 4x4 electronic (5.4) speed o/d. Does anyone know what model tranny I got? Or how do I check? thank you!(5.4)

Look at the sticker in the driver's door jam. There is a code that can be decoded to tell you what you have. Most likely you have a 4r70W.

You probably have a 4R70W or maybe a 4R100 if your truck is a 7700.

well since ford put them in millions of trucks, i would say yes, for a stock truck atleast.
but the 4r100 is better.
