What step bars are these?

I saw these on a members truck (20Screw01) and really like them, but I can't seem to figure out who makes them? They kinda look like step bars off a NBS. Does anyone know if the NBS bars will fit the OBS?

His mirror caps are PTM. You could do the same with yours for about $15.
