I'm not sure? It only happens at idle or when going slow.

I read somewhere the bands on the C Converter vibrate when they get a little older but, I can't seem to find the fix anymore and my eyes are blurry from reading back on this forum.

If anyone knows of an article or something related to correcting this, can you post a link or point me in the right direction?
