having some issues could use some outside opinions

i traded my expedition in saturday2wd03 flareside scab f150 with the 5.4l, the transmission is shifting real hard at WOT hard enough to make the belt squeal when it shifts and theres like a bumping sound when it shifts into or out of overdrive. and today i got my exhaust ran (true duals turned down behind rear tires no mufflers all four converters) and it started making like a chirpping sound out of the tailpipes when its idleing and the exhaust felt kind of "chopy" (for lack of a better word) so i did the doller bill test and itll blow the bill out and occasionally suck it back to the exhaust pipe, i kno this usually indicates a valve issues but the truck also seems as though it may be missing it has an occasional slight pop out of the exhaust pipe. but the motor pulls strong and does not feel weak at all, any help would be appreciated

Did you not test drive the truck before trading it?

Time to do compression and leakdown tests. I think you have valve issues.
