Help a brotha out

I want to lift my 2wd 00' F150 ext cab. As far as I can tell it still has the stock suspension which seems taller then most other 2wd but I still want it higher. I want to do this for as little $$$ as possible (under $100 :. I want it at least 2" taller and for it to sit level so I need pics, links, parts if your selling any etc.

Pic of the subject in question.

.

What companies make 2" coil spacers?
If I can't fine 2" can I run 1" coil one on top of spring and another one under?
A friend told me about something that is used to lift a truck, you insert it between the coils on the spring and it expands them which gives the truck the lift. Anyone heard of these?

Fill some beer cans full of Ready-Mix W/3 oz's epoxy per can (for a binder). Let it harden. Slice ,dice and port. There's your body blocks.

Threaded rod is cheap. That and a crap load of nuts and washers for body bolts.

Should be within budget.

Truxx makes a kit that goes to 2.5 but if you go that way,I don't think it would alignment numbers would be pretty. They say and 1.5 to 2 inches is the most that you want to go.

Get the metal ones on ebay. Put them on the bottom of the spring. They work great only like 40 bucks. Then you have alignment for like 60-80.
