Cold draft coming in from passenger speaker hole

we just bought a 97 f150 and the hole time we have owned the truck my wife complains that there is a cold draft coming in from the speaker hole. I know there is like a plastic rap that goes on the door between the inner door panel and the door its self if that was gone could it make a cold draft like i am describing.

Well get a very large cup because anytime there's draft for free I say take it=0)...Make sure your door Jam Rubber Isn't torn or ripped after that make sure all your rubber seal on your inner door aren't gone hope that helps...Also has the truck ever been wrecked most of the time when people put a new door on the truck they dont align it right and causes it to bleed in outside air

Well I would suggest to make sure your door shuts easy..look along side the door make sure there is no uneven cracks and also inside the vehicle you can look and make sure you dont see light thru the rubbers. The door can be adjusted back to where it suppose to be just as long as the inside frame is not bent.
