I have a 2003 screw 2wd with a 4.6L i think it is a 4.6L. I was looking at my heads and my right side says 5.4L. Is this a common for a 4.6L to have 5.4L stamped on the heads or is this is what makes it a windsor?

 

4.6l heads and 5.4l heads are the exact same.

What does the top of your intake cover say? Or.... what rear end do you have? 8.8 axle or 9.75 axle?

are you the only owner? how many miles where on it when you bought it? Any previous modifications from the previous owner?
