Loss Power

This seems like a dumb question but i would like to figure it out because i want my vehicle to run right.. about 2 years ago i bought my truck. 2002 F150 Lariat screw 5.4. at the time had about 80k on it. when i first got it it seemed like it had a good amount of power. it could do a brake torque(brake stand) easily roasting both tires. about 3 weeks later i lost that power and still didn't gain it back. it didn't really concern me much at the time but now that i am doing more things to gain power i wanna get the most i can. so i'm open to suggestions on what the problem might be and if its worth fixing it.. thank you

Any maintenance history? Any signs of it running worse? Gas mileage worse?

i keep constant maintance. change the oil every 3000 miles or so. just changed the spark plugs last year. rotate tires, keep good pressure in them. changing breaks. pretty much all the stuff you can do yourself at home. my milage was about 17 or 18 going 63 and around 14 or so going 75. didn't do much traveling before the loss of power so idk what the mileage was then. and the truck seems to run fine just that little loss of power. pretty much a loss of torque you can say.

How many miles on it now? Notice a lot of pinging from the cats after a nice drive and turning it off? Any mods on the truck? What plugs did you install last year? This is like 20 questions or one of those applications you fill out when visiting the doctor... history is important when trying to diagnose an issue A lot of things to consider when there is a loss of gas mileage or performance.

the transmission seems fine it shifts smoothly. my buddy was thinking the toque converter..and ok answers inorder by question...1. it now has 107,000, 2. there are not cats on it anymore, 3. there is a K&n intake tru dual exhaust headers to resonators to borla muffler 2.5 exhaust, 4. and i installed Autolite double platinums(yes people have already bitched me out about using those) all of this stuff was installed about 6 months or so after i bought it. 5. i didn;t change tire size only put on new tires about 6 months later also.
also i wanna thank you guys for helping because this is like my 5th post on here and all others failed to get replies.
