Black specs in coolant

So today, I was checking all my fluids, and I noticed in the coolant resevior there are some black specs in the fluid. Any idea what it could be ? I dont have any fluid mixes (coolant in oil, etc.), and everything is running right, no overheating, oil pressure is good, no smoking. I had my coolant flushed a couple months ago, so I dont know if this is just just crap that has broke loose or what.

Thanks fellas,

I did this once (when I was much younger) for a heater core leak in my Ranger. Several weeks later, the core gave out totally. Try getting the smell of Black Peppered coolant from inside the vehicle

If your coolant was flushed a couple of months ago and you haven't added anything, then....... must have came from the inside. Maybe a deteriorating hose or carbon particles? Have you taken them out and looked at them more close? Are they shiney? flat? Do they float? What kind of coolant did you use?

Im pretty sure the shop used Prestone. I know they had to use some pressure to clear the heater core (40 pounds to be exact), and no I havent got any of the particles out but they do float.
