98' f150 2wd Lift

Okay i wanted to lift my truck but i dont want to spend $1500 on an RCD 6"

what would be a good combo to lift front and rear 6"
im also going to run a 3" body for a total of 9"
if someone could help like what should i do
like 3.5" spindles and a 2" spacer and for rear 3" blocks
i was also wondering where would i buy these at

budget is about 700-1000 bucks
