'02 F150, No horn or cruise control

'02 F150, No horn or cruise control

I just bought this truck and noticed I have no horn or cruise control. Can this be related to the recall disconnect, clock spring, or any other?

Sounds like a bad clock spring to me. You may need to meter some wires to check continuity to be sure.

dont hit the horn to hard. i did that and it stays on..then i fixed that and one of my tones on the horn went up...lol but yeah check cont.
