Which fuel pump? 3/32" or 1/4" plug?

I'm almost fully convinced that my intermittent starting problems is due to a faulty fuel pump. If I'm going to change it I'd rather do just the pump to save a lot of money over doing the whole assembly. I'm probably going to get the Bosch turbine pump, I've had good luck with other Bosch equipment and I think Bosch was the OEM for the truck fuel pumps so hopefully it will fit well.

I see two different options for the pump at rockauto and at napaonline. One has a 3/32" "thin" plug and the other has a 1/4" "thick" plug. How do I know which one I need? I would rather get the new pump ahead of time, I don't want to pull the pump to find out which plug I have and then go looking for a replacement.

Call the dealership for the part number, when I changed my pump they used the VIN to identify which pump I had.

My dealership only sells the whole assembly, which I am hoping to avoid because it is 5 times the price of buying just the pump.

I'm hoping someone here knows what trucks use the pump with 1/4" plugs and which ones use the 3/32" plugs.

The answer was 3/32, but it didn't matter.

Bosch only makes one pump, it has 1/4" terminals. The 3/32" labeled pump has an adapter in the box.
