You could probably do everything that you listed yourself with tools and time. I don't know about brands, check out the body/suspension/wheels and tires forums and other members profiles for ideas on your set up. I have a lariat also, I pulled all the stripes and decals off it, still considering the door mouldings, cleans it up I think.
Nice looking truck, enjoy it and enjoy modding it.

id start with a few thing like headlights, rims/tires, lift kit, remove side steps. heres are a few companies that sell lifts, rims and tires. fabtech, american racing, nitto/ toyo, xd series truck rims.....the list goes on and on use google in your search for you parts..........or find a 4x4 shop pay them lots of money and let them do what you want....
how high do you want to lift it?
fabtech, RCD, and BDS make great suspension lifts for our trucks. some guys have the new RCX suspension lift which i think is only 1,000.
performance accessories makes the best body lift for our trucks. you can install this in a weekend and costs less than 200 bucks.
black/chrome wheels- legorretta has some awesome rims, but i dont know what brand they are.
tires-well there are a ton of tires to choose from, but i have bfg km2's and they are great! i also had nitto mud grapplers and i really liked them too.
nice truck btw!

body lifts raise the body off the frame 3" and allow for bigger tires. they dont have ANYTHING to do with the suspension at all!
suspension lifts raise the frame and body and allow for bigger tires and better break over clearance and usually better suspension travel.

go with the 6" fabtech or the BDS lifts.
the RCD and RCX are marketed as 5" lifts if you want to be technical.
i would just get whichever i could get a good deal on. thats why i have a RCD, and it comes with bilstien shocks too!
