HVAC/EATC Issues.. need help

2003 F150 Supercrew FX4, climate control head reads incorrect temp., starts out at the right temp but slowly climbs to 107 degs... dealer said it was the control head replaced it with a new one from Ford... still having same problem. Dealer "tested the temp sensor" it checked out ok.

I have the SAME problem...EXCEPT my temp is always about 12 degrees BELOW actual temperature!! Any ideas guys? I thought I read somewhere on here that the temp sensor is in front of the radiator. True?---DirtySCREW

Should have went with my gut on this one. I have now wasted 600 dollars after having the dealer tell me it was the EATC... I stopped by advanced auto yesterday, bought a new ambient air sensor for 16 dollars onsale and it fixed the problem. Once again dealerships suck. The sensor is located to the right side of the hood release if your looking at the front of the truck in front of the radiator. Takes about ten mins to switch out.
