Need help!!!

I have to replace my cruise control switches in my 2001 f150 4.6 but I cannot figure out how to take the cover off to access the airbag? It is all one piece and i cannot find how it pops off. I cannot find anything on the internet either. Please someone help me out

click on discussion forums at top, on that page scroll down to How to's and Fixes, or worded something like that. I think there is a one there that has pic and instructions.

Yeah i definitely looked through them and did not find a single thing on airbag removal for my truck

It's there if you search for it. The basic gist is you will need to remove your battery, wait about 15 mins to make sure the caps are discharged unless you want the bag in your face then on the 3 oclock and 9 oclock positions on the wheel there are two bolts to remove, then the airbag will pull out, be careful that you don't damage any of the wires on the way out.
