black or chrome for steps/nerf bars and bull bar

Hey guys me again truck is stock for now and will stay stock height most likely. See my wife is short and told me because she drives it some no lift. She also likes chrome and I like black so I figured I would see what you all thought. Follow the link hopefully it works if not the only pics so far are in the gallery. Let me know what you think.

My thinking exactly guys. Hopefully the fact that the black ones are cheaper will help sway the odds in my favor. Since those pics I have added new tires general grabber at 2 to good of a deal not to take them.

That was a good one!
What type or brands would you recommend for them?

Thanks guys if I can get enough response maybe this will help sway her in my direction. By the way I like your n-fab steps a little high though will be tough to sway her to that one. Yes I know you get what you pay for convincing her is the hard part. I was shocked when she agreed to the truck in the 1st place.

As for the lift I've told her the steps will make it easier but I think it is the simple fact that she would be uncomfortable while driving it if I lift it. When we met she had a civic only in 08 while I was prepping for deployment did I convince her to get an escape for the winter driving while I was gone. Then she started driving her dads truck when he visits so that's why she decided to allow me to get the truck. She set 2 requirements crew cab and leather seats. My thoughts at this point were ok when is the alarm going to interrupt this. I had to ask if she had hit her head when she told me this! So now I have the truck and will continue to improve it as I can afford it.
