Love that last one! Actually might have to steal it and use it as a background for my laptop. As far as a good sand tire, I'd say the Nitto Dune Grappler. Plus I think they look pretty cool.

Definitely the Nitto Dune Grapplers! I had them in 37s. They didn't wear too bad on the road either. I would have bought them again if Nitto made them in 40s.

I'm not a big fan of flames... especially on tires. New tire prices are getting out of hand. But if I were to suggest a tire for the sand that rides nice on the road with low wear, Id say go with some 285/70r17 BFG A/T's. Or for really cheap, I'm not sure how these rate but they don't look any different than a BFG a/t, General grabber. Problem is, they only have 2 sizes for the 17's. stock 265/70r17 and 315/70r17 I think. But they look good. I might pick a set up to run through the winter before I lift my truck next spring. But theyre only 136 bucks for a 265/70 at walmarts website, cheapest I have found. Seems like a good deal to me, 60k tread wear warranty.

We have a set of the 265/17r17 on our 99 F150, I like them a lot for how cheap they are.
