1st Thread, transformation in progress

Okay so I got my truck almost a year ago for 2500 which I thought was a pretty good deal 98 f150 4x4 xlt scab good interior alright exterior drove it for a month until the ride got extremely rough took it to my mechanic ( a friend )
Turns out the whole front end was about to go and the guy had it rigged up to look right until after I bought it. So dropped 3,500 and got the whole front end redone, new a arms, ball joints, tie rods, basically the works and it was worth it so nice! Then started working on it put a 7 inch jvc touch screen and nav head unit, auto page alarm with auto start, then some pioneer 6x8s, two 10 inch pioneer premieres. Now I just installed to off road lights behind the grill, repainted the grill, and the plastic piece were the hood release is, the front fenders were badly dented so took those off and went to the junk yard and pulled to fenders sanded 'em down premiered and picked up the paint to day, also pulled a tail light out of the yard because one of mine were cracked and replaced it, pulled a expedition over head console and working on the wiring right now post picks when done, redoing the head liner while I got it out, as well as dropping 1000 dollars worth of discoveries on her. Ahh had to catch a breath but more to come very soon.

Let me know what you think,

Great to see all these replies was not expecting it being new to the site, any body else have any ideas? Iv been looking at badges like Jake said and found a couple of the '04's I like. Also found a 550 badge thought it would be funny to see that on my truck

if you paid 3,500 for the frontend to be redone you go owned... hell you could have been 3/4 of the way to a SAS with that.

When my truck was on the IFS it cost me around 350 to replace all the steering components and ball joints, flush the diff fluid and get an alignment. But then again i did all the work

I believe it. The cheapest any shop around here would change my lower ball joints for was $300, and that was just for new ball joints not the whole control arm.
