Wheel bearings....

How often should you repack or replace? I have a 2001..any links available? Is it very hard to replace? I have 80k miles and the original owner, should I replace or repack? thanks GUYS!

I'm assuming your talking about the front. If you are 4x4 you can not service the front wheel bearings it is a hub assembly. If you are 2wd, it is not hard to repack the front bearings. If they are not making any kind of noise just repack for now. They are cheap to replace if you want to do it for preventative maintenance

Yeah on my 2wd i think i only paid like $45 for all of the bearings and seals for both sides.
