I used to take a cloth or rag and lay on the top of the car/truck, then take a HUGE flat screwdriver and use it to pry the door open enough to get a stick or something down in the door gap.

its easy enough to push the unlock button, but I am unsure if this will help with non powered locks.

Maybe with enough time and care you could slowly roll the window down some how.

I have heard that the back windows are really easy to pry open and crawl through....that is if you dont have the solid glass.

Popping the rear windows is extremely easy. When I have to park outside or at work, I use a piece of metal I have cut and put it in the track of the window to prevent it from being popped open by some ***** trying to break in. Glad you got in the truck man, being locked out of your won car ssuucckkss.
