Thats fine with me.. I was going to run two 10" shallow mounts anyways. Or maybe 1 12" shallow mount. I like bass, but I dont want or need any bone rattling or door vibrating going on.. thats too much.

yeah, if you run some shallow subs it should sound real good. or even with 1 12 you could get 1.2 cu ft of space, so that would help too.

Well, my back seat is 60/40 and the frame comes down to the floor in the middle of the seat so that prevents me from running a box the across the entire length of the back seat. Also, I have a 12 disc cd changer that is located under my back seat on the driver side, so I figured that running a box to fit one 12 would be easier for that reason also.

X2!

Your truck looks off roady, the wheels look aggressive, aggressive tire would make those wheels look a lot better on the truck.

But still looks good, remember that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

They flip foreward towards the front of the truck.

I have 12's under the seats in my 98. That center support wasn't needed since there is a solid plate that spans the entire length.

The supercrew back seats are completely different. Our seats fold down and our floor is a different shape.

It definitely won't fit. However, you can make the sub boxes for a 99 - 03 Scab fit the 97 - 98 trucks. I had a box built by supercrewsound that fit 2 shallow 12's for my old 2000 F150. The box wouldn't fit in the supercrew so I sold it to a guy on here who had a 98 and afaik still has it.

That will probably be really close to what I end up getting in mine. I just need something to get the box off the seats.

Thats what I am talking about, how hard is it to remove that brace? I wont have to take the seat apart or anything will I?

How did you like the sound of the 2 12" shallows? I dont know anyone with a nice system in their truck that doesn't have the back seat removed.
