Front bumper removal

Can anyone tell me how hard it would be to remove my front bumper on my 97 f150? Im painting it black because its the ugly metal bumper ( my truck is a work F150, rubber floors and all lol) Thanks

It's very easy. Look underneath it from the bottom. It's very straighforward.

you need to take off 4 21mm nuts with a deep 21mm socket and 1/2" drive socket wrench
